Cannot move between form pages

Hello,

I made a join between both forms then i set the first form to save the entered values, then i set the option "Pagination - multipage form" to Yes for group.

When i press Next i'm not redirected to the second form, only the message "validation" appear and that's it.

I use latest github version, Joomla 3, Intranet.

I can't replicate that. Are there any validations on the elements? Can you post an example URL?
