Cannot send mail using placeholders

Hello,

I'm trying to send a email to a dynamic email address using the email plugin and placeholders. The plugin run fine for a static address, but i don't get any email using a placeholder like {tablename___elementname} or {tablename___elementname_raw}. The email address for recipient show correct in form.

I tested - it works here, what are you exact email plugin settings?
