change element order of linked elements?

How can I change the element order of linked elements?

Changing the order of the parent elements do not seem to affect the order of the linked elements?

In the element listing select your form or group
click the "Order" ^v column to activate the "drag/drop"

Pff - I can include an image during edit, but it is gone after saving

thanks troester, please excuse my ignorance, but my screen does not have an Order by.

Unless I am looking in wrong place.

This is probably a hidden gem I don't know about

brilliant thanks, this will save me tons of time, I was not aware of this, I used to use phpadmin to change order quickly.
