CSV and group button always visible

Hi,
I have started today with J3.3 and F3 You have done a great job!

I am not up to date with the current Fabrik development and missing some things:

- to hide CSV and group button on list view
- delete / edit access to nobody

Hi Bea.

For both options, you need to create a Joomla Access level (call it "Nobody" for ease) that does not contain any user group.
Then you can use this access to hide things or adjust access right (I always set "empty" on "Nobody" in my lists settings).
