datetime element with default to current date = no still defaults to current date.
then if you blank the date out, it gets stored as 0000-00-00 00:00:00, and then rendered (FORM ONLY) as 11/29/-1 (!)
this is a new behavior... something changed that hosed it up.
my dates are using simple m/d/y format and advanced formatting = no (although i've tried both ways).
see for yourself at http://www.skyrun.com/skyforce/leads/form/3/426?sf_activity___lead_id_raw=426 (all 3 dates are null on this lead, but change to todays date)
and at http://www.skyrun.com/skyforce/leads/form/3/80?sf_activity___lead_id_raw=80 (where follow-up date was changed to blank and stored.)
