DateTime plugin

if I save a form with a datetime plugin with default clock time settings I get thiss message:
DateTime::__construct() [datetime.--construct]: Failed to parse time string (invalid date) at position 0 (i): The timezone could not be found in the database
If I change the time everything is fine

can you post all your date settings please? I don't know what you mean by 'default clock time settings' ?
