For a single PDF you'd need to make a custom link for that with a URL

Generating multiple pdfs might be an issue, they're pretty slow to render, if that wasn't an issue then I guess you could do that with a php list plugin, which would create the documents with the DOMPDF library, save them to the server and then create a zip from them.
