when trying to display a form/details view containing a CDD element.

I think I fixed that one this morning

CDD is ok now, but still the warning in list view.

And all the issues with edit/view buttons inline not showing, floating always showing checkbox

the warning should no longer be there as of yesterday, and I think I've fixed the checkbox thing, was it this ticket:
