Form plugin add problems

Hi,
Triing to add logs form plugin, and apprentaly is missing some panel with other options, because only show basic (can see on screen attached) and triing to save gives the error of "need to select at least a group".
Othe issue is when adding a third plugin, it does not even open the panel (attached).
And when changing from a plugin type to other does not refres the options panel, like chosse email, the email panel shows, after change to autofill, and the email panel still there .

seems there was a syntax error in the logs plugin - I've fixed that locally and will soon commit the change to github

That should only occur if under the form's group section you don't have any groups selected - is that the case?

Works ok for me, do you have any javascript errors on the page?

Just updated, and is working, and all the other issues, probably were related, becaus is not happening animore
Will play with logs plugin.
