Form redirects to last page visited

Hi,

I have a form and when I submit it, it redirects to the last page I visited.
ex.(I visit the home page then visit the form page and submit the form. it'll bring me back to the home page.)

there is no redirect plugin either.

if you go into the form in admin and in the plugin tab you will find the redirect plugin in the "Do" drop down
