Install problem. Could use some help.

Can't access my site anymore, and I can not find the problem area. Probably an obvious problem, but I am a newbee. Can anyone help me? Here is the warning that comes up when I select my homepage:

What did you install where?
You are posting in a Fabrik3 forum, error message ....defines.php... is pointing to Fabrik2.
