It is not really a bug but more an odd behavior :
When you click on "Link to menu" in a form, the link is created and the form is saved (fortunately !), but you are sent back to the form list. So if you have not finished creating your form (or if you want to edit your link after it was created) you have to enter it again.
That is not happening when you create a link for a table : the link is created but you stay in your table form so you can keep working on it.
No big deal but I thought I'd mentionned it.
