Disclaimer: new to Fabrik so forgive any obvious stupidity.
I'd like to password protect an uploaded file in a list. The presenters in this org would be uploading the document, assigning a password to a group of meeting attendees, and the attendees would then be able to download the documents either before or after the meeting.
However, the org doesn't want non-attendees (without a password) to be able to download the doc. This password would change with every uploaded document (maybe - not sure yet how this would be handled.)
I tried the password element but it doesn't seem to work in the way I envisioned.
This has to be specific to Fabrik because it has to be per item uploaded and not for a Joomla group or CB Subs user.
Is there a validation I can add to accomplish this that wouldn't involve changing the form each time? Or...?
Any advice or information I can use to accomplish this?
