Record Date/Time When Clicked.

hi Guys,

can anyone help me on my task

I already have an autofill configured and its working fine. User enters his name triggers autofill and its great. What i want to do next is to record the date and time he access / looked/ viewed / login his record upon clicking a button which is login or submit button.

Then when he leaves, he enters his name again and autofill will be triggered, user will now click on submit/logout.
