possible? if so, what is the best practice to storing date_time elements so that when they are displayed, they will be modified to be displayed in the logged on users timezone as specified in their joomla profile?
(and presumably in joomla server timezone if no-one is logged in)
i know this relates to how the dates are stored in the first place (GMT?) and quite possibly mysql timezone too... and then there's the whole daylight savings time thing with the daylight savings time plugin.
