What is the protocol for writing a Where statement in Fabrik?

I've added the following statement to the List / Data / Pre-Filter query field:
where InOffice = 'Yes'

However all records are being returned.

Can you post a screenshot of your settings?
Don't put anything into the prefilter query, ADD a prefilter
WHERE InOffice EQUALS Yes
Type text
Apply to whatever
