Hello,
Within a header form with their respective fields and Save button, I inserted a list that displays payments.
When I add a record to my list, the Save button on the top form is working as if it were the Save button on the list record.
How can that be corrected?

Where did you insert the list?
You can't nest HTML form tags.

Depending on your setup you may use related data links in your form to show and add list data.
