Calendar Control for Date element

In my input form, I have two date elements with the calendar controls next to them.
They used to work.

I've updated to the newest version of Joomla (3.6.2) and the newest version of Fabrik (3.5).
I'm now running on PHP7 having updated from PHP ver. 5.6
I've had to change the database type from MYSQLi to MYSQL (PDO) in global configuration.

So now, when I go to make a new entry, I click on the control next to the field, and the button css responds to the click, but no modal pops up for a date picker.

Any clues greatly appreciated.

Can you point me at the form.

The form is restricted to a special group. I can create a user for you and point you too it. I will need an email address to assign the user. Or, I can give you my credentials, but I am loathe to do that on a publicly viewable forum
