Can I use elements in Joomla menus?

When my admin user completes a custom form I want it to automatically add the "Title" field into a Joomla Menu with a link.

Is this possible? If so how do I set this up?

I think it's a tricky one because there are lots of parameters that are created whe you add a menu link (check your #__menu table to see what I mean). Also there is the module assignement to deal with.
Looks easier to teach your admin how to create a new menu in Joomla...

Another +1 on jfq's comment.

Bottom line, yes, it would probably be possible, with a form submission plugin. But it wouldn't be trivial, and would need to be very carefully written and heavily tested, to ensure that your menu structure didn't get blown away.

So if there is another way you can go about this, then you should pursue it.
