Capture Geolocation of User Who Submits Form

Hi. I've built a timesheet for a security company whose employees work at different locations. The employee arrives at their location, and "clock in" using their iPad by submitting the timesheet form. The issue we're having is some employees may be running late and will submit the form before they arrive at the location. I'm currently capturing the IP address upon submission but that's all over the place. Is it possible to capture an accurate geolocation of a logged in user when they submit the form?
