Ive created a form to report safety deficiencies.

I want to be able to email the results of said form to specific people.

However, I want the people to be emailed based on the department selected in the form.

So for example:

if Department 1 is selected, persons A,B,C get an email
if Department 2 is selected, persons D,E,F get an email
if Department 3 is selected, persons A,D,G get an email

And so on and so on.


The rest of the form data would be sent with the emails.

I dont need any of the fields altered based on the selection, just the recipients.

Well this is possible with the Email (Eval) option within a form email plugin.

You would code the PHP to make a match on the department and then send to xyz.

I'm not sure if you are justing asking if this is possible or you need it written for you.
