Hi have you been able to do this?
I am trying to do something similar, what I did so far, is using a redirect plugin and pass variables through URL.

I think in the tut section of the fabrik website under help.

But if you cant find it,

1.you create a new form
2.under plugin select redirect.
3.under "in" select front end
4.under jump page you want to put the url to the list you want to search
ex." index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=list&listid=18 " (no quotes, change 18 to the id of your list.)
5. set "use as search data" to yes.

Now you need to populate your form with the proper elements, i usually copy them over from the list I am searching in.

and that should do it.
