databasejoin + dropdown not using unescape on form

Same issue as http://fabrikar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27602, but this occurs when a databasejoin element is displayed on a form where it cannot be edited (display view or edit with no edit access).

In this instance, I have a databasejoin (dropdown) element the returned data (when not editable) is not being run through unescape(). If the label data is "Jake & Elwood Blues", my databasejoin shows "Jake & Elwood Blues". If the element access is changed such that the data is displayed in the dropdown box, it is correctly passed through unescape().

OK, i can duplicate this ... except that I see & in the dropdown when the element is editable as well.

Also, I seem to have uncovered some other weirdness in repeat joins I need to look at.

I applied github Fabrik-fabrik-3.0.5-1051-g7298767 this morning and the data is getting unescape'd now. Thanks!
