If you like, I can copy and paste our last conversation on Skype several months ago, where I explained that I could no longer provide subscription support for you, due to the extremely complex and customized nature of your application, and that going forward, support would have to be done on a per-incident basis, charged by the hour. In that month, Rob and I spent almost 50 hours on your support issues, ALL of which bar one were eventually diagnosed as being caused by your customizations, rather than bugs in Fabrik itself. We simply cannot survive if we are providing you with our time at what amounts to approx $2/hour.
However, I will have a go at fixing this one, but I will need to set up yet another Akeeba clone of your site as an Eclipse project on my test server, so I can step through and debug the code locally.
NOTE - when I try and go to the COPIEPROD URL you reference, I am redirected to what appears to be the live site, without the COPIEPROD suffix in the URL. Is this intentional?
