Default fabrik for joomla 3 can not be installed on local server

I have installed wamp server on my computer
(64 bits & PHP 5.3) 2.2E
Also choose a MySQLi database type while
Intalling the last version stable joomla 3.0.2
I use windows 7 Ultimate
I have already installed the JCE editor and everything works fine

I downloaded the:
Fabrik-fabrik-3.1a-273-gd36cde3.zip

PROBLEM
When installing does nothing
Do not show on the component list

wonder if fabrik works on 64 bits?
Any idea?

install
then update from GitHub to get the latest version
