Default value for viewlevel element

Hi there,

As far as I can see, the default value for a viewlevel-element is the same viewlevel of the person who adds a record. That means that the default value is not set to a viewlevel (acces level) "public", but "super user or "administrator".
So if you forget to set the viewlevel to "public" (that is the viewlevel you use most of the time) the record is not in the list for most of the people.

Is there a way to set the default value for a viewlevel-element?

I am using Fabrik 4.0. Zeta on a Joomla 4 website.

WIKI says "no options..."
You can try to set it via a custom Add link in list settings, something like
&option=com_fabrik&view=form&formid=your-form-id&rowid=&your-viewlevel-element=2&

Make sure to append & at the end, on my site it's appending ?Itemid=xy (because of ???) which would break your viewlevel value.

Works fine! I just use {formview} in stead of "view=form" as the hint on the i-icon suggests.
