Display List Plugin Php Button At the Bottom of the List

Hi anyone know how to move the List Plugin Php Button to the botton or top by itself.

Currently it only appear when I click on the row select. See attachment.

In list settings (Links) set "Render buttons as"=inline; this will show the button in every row + at the top.

Please see the attachment. In 2.1.1 version all the button are place below the table. But now in version 3 all the button are only visible when you select the row. I had tried playing around with the setting in the Links. I had tried both in the Render button as In-line or Floating and in Floating I had also triend to set to top or bottom. But the button still did not get rendered outside the row as where I had indicated either top or bottom.

What list template are you using?

My internal customer is use to having the button at the bottom of the list. It is still possible to do that in 3.09

I don't recall them ever looking like your last example. Can you post an image of the whole list, give me some context?
