Error 500 on form submit

When I submit the form on this url https://opusxc.opusxenta.com/register-entity I am getting an error 500 and no data is stored.

Please could you assist.

What are your form settings? Any form plugins?
Which exact Joomla and Fabrik version?

Can you set Joomla's error reporting to max and enable Fabrik (Options) "Allow Fabrik Debug" = Debug JS?

Interesting. OK, here's what I hope is the fix:

If you are running recent github code (like within the last week or so) you could just upload that one file from a git ZIP. If not, you'll need to do a full github update.

Or ... you could turn "Joomla Password Validation" off on your password element for that form, and wait for the 3.8.1 release, which should be out in the next day or two. Or three. The next release will include that fix, and then you'd be able to turn J! password validation back on.

I have turned validation off for now and the form now submits ok. Will install 3.8.1 when it is released.

OK. Just be aware that of course, with the J! password validation turned off, it won't be enforcing any password rules you have set up in J! (like minimum length, character mixes, etc).
