Fabrik component clashes with Form Maker

Yesterday I installed form-maker on a site that was already running Fabrik form component.
After installation, the fabrik forms, which were using captcha started showing error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in /home3/bachpang/public_html/components/com_formmaker/recaptchalib.php:47) in /home3/bachpang/public_html/plugins/fabrik_element/captcha/libs/recaptcha-php-1.11/recaptchalib.php on line 55

The captcha element was disabled in fabrik forms.

Should be fixed in github as of this commit

The file contents in the github file are different from the files on my installation. DO not know why.
If I try disabling the System-Fabrik plugin, then, 400 - COM_FABRIK_SYSTEM_PLUGIN_NOT_ACTIVE error show up, on viewing the web site, even though the fabrik form is not on home page.

Well yes, the files are different because I just fixed the issue and committed the fix in response to your post. You'll need to update from github, see the wiki for details.
