"Fabrik is not defined"

Hello,

I want to use csv option in menu, but i get a blank page. In Chrome i see this error :

Uncaught ReferenceError: Fabrik is not defined line 44

Line 44 in Chrome is:

Fabrik.tips = new FloatingTips('.fabrikTip', {"tipfx":"Fx.Transitions.Quad.easeIn","duration":"500","distance":50,"fadein":false});

In Firefox, i dont' see any error in Firebug but in Web developer console i get this:

but here, line 44 is:
