file upload element does not work after adding confirmation plugin

Hi, guys.

First details:
Joomla 3.4.5
Fabrik 3.3.3

Form requires two uploads. One must be doc, docx, or rtf. The other must be pdf or an image.

Upon submitting form I have a confirmation showing the data, including the filenames of the files selected for upload. At the bottom is a re-edit and a submit button.

Clicking submit on the confirmation page produces:

Notice: Undefined variable: filesToKeep in /home3/epicorgo/public_html/newvoicesyoungwriters.com/plugins/fabrik_element/fileupload/fileupload.php on line 1603

The text file and pdf no long show as selected.

I deleted the confirmation plugin and the form works fine. So, I'm thinking this is something about the confirmation plugin.

Have you seen this before?

There was a typo in Fabrik3.3.3 (some lines above setting $fileToKeep = array(); instead of $filesToKeep = array(); ) which should be fixed in the current GitHub version.
Update from GitHub (after a backup).

I am a newbie at GitHub updates, only did it on sandbox site so far. Do I update the whole thing or just the confirmation plugin?
