Hello friends. Just a simple question. Is there a way to, just playing with group colums and elements bootstrap class, to have a form displaying like this?

Or, my only option is to go with Form templating?

Thanks in advance.

You might be able to do so with (custom) CSS only.
But a custom form template will allow you to do practically anything you want; so, that's always the safest bet.

In any case, and as always with custom stuff, you've got to know what you're doing. Also because help with this, especially if complex changes but no access to your page, can only be limited here.

Right! Let's go with some template play around! :D:p.

Thanks @lousyfool

An other possibility is to use multiple groups with different column settings.
You can ommit the group label and add (if necessary) some simple CSS to get rid of additional space between groups or so.

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
