Form without preloaded data in front-end

Hello,

I?am trying to learn this great joomla application.
I have 2 lists (Family and FamilyDetails).
In Family, i have Family name and CodFamily elements
In FamilyDetails, i have some details about who is in that family (mother, father, son, etc...)

I have done "one to many relationship" and create a databasejoin element in family details, with some datas in back-end.

In front-end, i have create a joomla menu Fabrik Form with FamilyDetails, but i haven?t any datas in front-end. If i create a menu "list fabrik", i can see those datas.

Could you help me to see datas with menu "Form Fabrik"??

A Fabrik form menu is opening a new form for adding a new record to your list.
What do you want to do with your form menu item, which record do you expect to show?

i would like to see a form in front-end with information from family details, vertically like
mother name,
mother age,
mother adress,
father name
father age,
father adress

There could be some families with only a mother or a father.
