i would like to delete in the fabrik_groupheading , a h3 tag that disturb the display of my table

in the default page , i don't find it but it appear when i use firebug

You can add a custom CSS to the div template (copy example from default template), with
#listform_$c .fabrik_groupheading span.groupTitle h3 {color:red}

There's a <br/> before your month name, what did you put into your list's "group by" frontend template?
