How to write default "data element" value with fixed time?

Hi,

I am going with issue "list of holidays" for our workers.

What i need is to set defaults for:
holidays data from: like --- %Y-%m-%d 00:00
holidays data to: like --- %Y-%m-%d 23:59

This means i want defaults time:
00:00
and
23:59
On form (new)
But this like %Y-%m-%d 23:59
doesn't work.

How can i set default : data=any-data, time=fixed=23:59 ?

As per Wiki article you can use the Eval option.

$d->setTime(23, 59, 0);
return $d->toSql();
