I found a page that has the same features that I need, is called www.rematefletes.cl in the section "carrier" my username and password are: carlosdel1@hotmail.com / carlos
I'm a basic user of Fabrik, I created joomla users with plug Fabrik.
How many lists, I need to create?
Could someone help me what should I do?

Is it possible to do something similar to that with Fabrik?
If anyone can do, please tell me

This would take some extensive planning and probably a great deal of PHP knowledg, you may also need to do some extensive database design. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Database_design

Mapping it out before you build works great, decide what data you need to collect, the type of data collected and then go from there. Fabrik has a great deal of form and element plugins to help you accomplish many typical form tasks. In some cases you will have to write your own additional code to the fabrik system. Best advice I can give you.
