I've stared a project where I'm replicating a job that was done on a Joomla 1.5 site using a component called Logos Query Manager (it?s also called LFRM Query Manager), along with J2XML to display database info in the Joomla site. Users can look up data by a date range and the super admins can edit the data from the front end. Logos Query Manager is no longer available, so I have to recreate the same type of framework with Fabrik in a new Joomla 3.5 site.
