I see html tags in the tip text, why ?

I see html tags in the tip text, why ?

For example i see: <span>- Choose text color- </span> instead : - Choose text color - when mouse is over the little ? box.

How can I see only text ?

hi - where are you seeing that? If its in an administration form (e.g. editing a form, where you have selected a plugin) then I have fixed that in github.
So can you try to update from there to see if that fixes the issue. If not, could you be more speicfic about where you see the html in the tip text
