Is it posible that fabrik's image element re-size the image uploaded to a certain size?

NOT talking about the file size but the image's size

You can add CSS to display the image in a certain size.
Do you mean in list or form view?

What I'm thinking about it to establish an standard size so fabrik will save into data base a reduced file size (bites) from the original

Use the fileupload element and set max width or height.
The database is only storing the filename, the file is in the folder you've set.
