Import CSV format

I have a list. Whenever you create a list, 'id' and 'date-time' are two default elements. I have an upload media element but that can remain blank. What would be the format of the CSV file? Should I export the little data that is there and use that same file? When I did the export there were alot of columns with the name 'raw' and I wasn't sure if to include that in the csv to be imported. What is the format for a CSV import into a list? I have screenshots of the list and the exported csv file.
How do I create a template for a CSV import into my Fabrik List?

Export format settings are in your list settings [Publishing][CSV] (so you can set Include raw data=no etc).

Import format is short element names (= column names) in the first row.
Best is to use a standard CSV formated (UTF8, comma separated, " as text delimiter) file.

Import (and export) data can be modified with the CSV list plugin.
