Is GitHub actualization actualize also any database table in Joomla/fabrik?

Hi,
I am not sure if all is OK with my Joomla/fabrik application?

I have made backup (database "bccjoomla" - ccjom_ and directories with files) on 2014-08-05 10:59.

After that i have made updating from GitHub on 2014-08-05 11:15 (MostRecent GitHub version from 2014-08-01).

After that i try to solve something what was a bit complicated for me and after that i decided today to restore from backup one table:
ccjom_fabrik_elements --- this table is from my backup on 2014-08-05 10:59.

At first checking my application looks to work OK.

I have some doubths becouse i have updated from GitHub later on: 2014-08-05 11:15,
I don't know if actualization from GitHub it is only overwriting existing fabrik files in my Joomla aplication directory?
Or if actualization from GitHub actualize also all database tables "bccjoomla" - ccjom_ or some tables in my dbase for example: ccjom_fabrik_elements ?

Is this MostRecent GitHub update= (version from 2014-08-01) actualize also dbase tables?
And is any other GitHub actualizations actualized/ will actualize dbase tables under Joomla/fabrik?

I need to be sure if i have now consistent all dbase tables and files?
And need to know if i can do something similar in a future?

A GitHub update is only updating Fabrik files.
There was no change in Fabrik DB structure since ?? (long ago, 3.0rc...).
