Labels there, but no input boxes are...

Hi, I just set up Fabrik and defined all my fields and labels but when I view my new form I can only see the labels, and I cannot enter any data. Anyone else experience this on first setup? What am I doing wrong? I thought it was all OK.

How? It seems you are displaying an empty form in details (readonly) view.
Your list needs "Add" access for the user (or guest) who is trying to add a record.

Thank you troester, I figured that out after I posted this message. Seems to be working fine now.
