List Export in txt format

I need help for a little customization:
Is it possible to export list in txt format?

What do you mean with txt format?
CSV export is creating UTF-8 text.

I mean to export a file xxxx.txt and not xxxx.csv.
Because, after export, when I try to open csv export with excel the output is not useful for working.

You can select "Excel CSV" as export format
