Option "Display #..." records show "5" when choose "all"

Hi,

From few GitHub actualisation i have a problem for all my lists in fabrik that when choose option "display # all records" from list then really display all records but in "small box" where should be written "all" is written number "5".

This is small thing but users of my fabrik application very complain about this.
Could you help to solve this?
