phone number with extension field readable by mobiles

Is it possible to use field element for phone number with extension that will be readable by mobiles? I mean that when website user open the list with specified in field element phone number it will be possible for him to dial it directly from the website?

I don't know if this will trigger anything, but did you try to set "Input type" = phone number (in Advanced)?

Yes I added a phone number input type.
It is strange, because it works for local numbers in Egypt only when I add it as +2 065 999 99 99 , +2 - country code, 065 - local code, and then number, but whatever I try for mobile +2 010 9999 9999 it doesn't link. When I add it without +2 it links to +44 010 9999 9999 and I am in Egypt, if that's matter.
About local number wit ext. I tried to add comma and semicolon, but also with no luck
