Problem cascading dropdown

Hello,
I have problems with the cascading dropdown.
When the data is created, it create duplicate lines.
And when i delete a row, all the data of the cascading dropdown of the others rows diseapear.
Have you solution for that?

When i import the backup my database , every recordings are back.
I think there is a request on the database that delete all the data of the cascading dropdown of the others rows when i delete a row.

Cascading dropdown is for selecting an existing record depending on an other element value.

Where do you add/delete records?

Exact element settings (screenshots)?
Exact J!/Fabrik/php version?

Thanks a lot for your answer.
I add/delete records on the frontend of Joomla.
Joomla is 4.3.4.
Fabrik is 4.0Delta (the problem is the same with all the Joomla4 versions)
PHP 8.1.24
And the screenshots of the settings.
But it is in French. Is it OK for you?

Bonjour!

If I hear duplicated rows, I think first of repeated groups. Is your element part of one? Then you might need to adjust the settings of your list at Data -> Joins -> Display Mode.

I don't understand what you are doing and where are your problems.

Where/how do you add/delete records - in a Fabrik list with Add/Delete buttons?
How is this list related to your CCD element?
Where are duplicate lines - in your list or in the CDD dropdown?
Where is data gone - in your list or in the CDD dropdown?

@lorenz i have verify the parameter. It don't change the problem.
But when i was searching i had an error message about auto increment ID.
Perhaps it is that.
I search and come back to say what i have found.

Hello Friends,
The auto increment ID was the problem.
There was no auto increment ID in all the tables of my app.
So i have add it and everything is OK.
I don't understand why it was that because everything was OK with Joomla3 and Fabrik3.
The aplication was working well since a long time ( i work for a school).
Perhaps the updates?
