Problem of the height fileupload element

Good day! How can we solve the problem of the size of the upload form. Included ajax (html5), even if you set the height of the auto, the files cover the following elements of the load. Setting load cell size is not an option. Is it possible to do so while setting the height of auto, automatically increases the height of the offset elements below?
