Repeatable list join - Elements labels

Hello.

I've joined 2 lists, withe repeatable option, with merged rows.


Everything is ok, except I would like to have the elements labels only for the first row.
Is there a way to accomplish this?

If I use the table template, the column and column widths doesn't work? How can I redefine this table template?

In case of table layout (HTML table) use custom CSS.
It should be sufficient to set the th widths.

Where shall I edit the CSS for group table layout?
