Search fields on list

I'm searching but I don't find how to have search fields on the top of the list like fabrikar example with tasks.

Is there a plugin for this ?
Have you got an idea ?

Which example?
You can enable list filters in list settings ("Search all", select elements which should be included in the search) and/or you can enable filtering in element settings ("List view settings"/Filter).

Yes, I've seen these settings and tried them.
But I want to display in fact several fields of search directly on top of the list like this :

and I don't succeed

you can enable filtering in element settings ("List view settings"/Filter)

Edit your elements, select Filter Type (e.g. field or dropdown).
