slider stopped working

I have many fabrik forms on my website. Using J 2.5.9 and Fabrik 3.0.7. All extensions show as updated.

Last night, all the sliders on one of my forms stopped working. The zero under the slider in the initial position was not there (as it is in the functioning sliders). Slider wouldn't move. After searching this forum for help, it appears this is not a problem that has been reported.

Figured something just went kaflooey, so I deleted the list, form, groups, elements, and rebuilt it. Looked fine, tested fine from the backend.

Upon completing the form, it looked fine on the front end. Then the zeros disappeared from the sliders and they were non-functional.

Any idea on what is up with this element?

I've got people wanting to go back to Google docs forms. Yuck! Help!

FYI on this issue, though there doesn't seem to be much interest.

I just upgraded my PHP version to 5.3.23. The sliders are working on MOST forms. There's one that's still acting wonky.

Don't know if that had an effect, but it's the only change.

We'll call this one closed.
